Dani (she/her/they/them) began her career as a mental health counselor in the California Public School System and as a prisoner re-entry counselor at San Quentin State Prison, delivering public health programming designed to support marginalized communities in gaining access to information, resources, education, and power.
For more than a decade Dani has worked as a coach, facilitator, program designer, adjunct professor, and consultant delivering transformational learning and development experiences to thousands of leaders at non-profits, school districts, foundations, and private sector companies across the US.
Dani holds deep expertise in topics including anti-racism, workplace belonging, inclusive leadership, growth mindset, unconscious bias, cross-cultural communication, and emotional wellness. She is adept at creating highly customized 1:1 and group learning experiences that promote vulnerability and meaningful personal and professional transformations that lead to healthier organizational cultures and deeper impact for individuals and teams.
